Q: Where do you source your items from?

A: I procure over 90% of my inventory from thrift stores, estate sales, and resale shops, with a keen eye for deeply discounted denim items in retail stores.

Q: Do you offer customizations?

A: Absolutely! I provide customizations whenever feasible, including adding names or initials, particularly on children's items. Additionally, I occasionally accept denim provided by customers for embellishment and customization. Pricing details will be discussed privately.

Q: How long does shipping and processing take?

A: Shipping and processing typically require 4 to 7 business days for all in-stock items. For customized orders, the timeline will depend on the level of detail and work involved. Further specifics can be discussed upon order confirmation.

Q: How are garments sized?

A: Our garments adhere to standard industry sizing. For items without original tags, I can provide the sizing chart of the respective brand upon request, ensuring accurate fits for items like Lee denim, Vanderbilt, or Old Navy.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Unfortunately, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Q: How should I care for my garment?

A: For apparel adorned with gemstones and sequins, hand washing is recommended. Hang drying is advised for all items, followed by a gentle fluff in the dryer before wearing. Items without gemstones or sequins can be washed in cold water and dried on a gentle cycle without heat.
